Deeper Truth Deliverance Center

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗘𝗦.

As you reflect on our Leadership Intensive, I want to check in with you. It was a blessing to teach, fellowship, and grow with you, but what matters now is how you are applying what you received.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.

Have you revisited your notes? Made time for prayer and study? Had a necessary conversation? Established a boundary? Taken a step toward the assignment God has entrusted to you?

Whether you identified with 𝗞𝗼𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗵, 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗻, or 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶, remember that carrying, covering, and building each require humility, integrity, and accountability. Keep allowing God to work on the person carrying the responsibility.

Revisit one lesson and choose one action you can take. Growth often happens through small, faithful decisions that no one else sees.

𝗠𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲.

May God strengthen your hands, establish your steps, and give you courage to make the adjustments your assignment requires.

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗗𝗢𝗡’𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗡 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗘𝗟𝗦𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗢.

Competition can have you chasing opportunities you were never assigned to pursue, carrying responsibilities you were never called to carry, and measuring your obedience by someone else’s results.

You see their platform, but you may not know their preparation. You see their progress, but you may not know what it cost them. Celebrate what God is doing through them without questioning what He has entrusted to you.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲’𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱.

Stay faithful to your assignment. Study. Prepare. Serve. Let God develop the character needed to sustain what you keep praying for.

You can learn from others without copying their calling. You can honor their gifts without minimizing your own. There is room to grow together without turning ministry into a contest.

𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲.

When you are tempted to compare, return to the instruction God gave you. Your responsibility is to be faithful with what He placed in your hands.

𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬 𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗘. 𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧. 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘.

𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗘 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗.

You can deserve respect without being owed a position. You can have a gift without being ready for greater responsibility. You can desire access without having permission to cross someone’s boundaries.

𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱 “𝗻𝗼” 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁.

Relationships are not contracts for unlimited access. Past service does not give you ownership over people. A title does not exempt you from correction.

Before you say, “𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁,” ask yourself: 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁? 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝘁? 𝗔𝗺 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁?

God’s grace is freely given. Leadership still requires humility, integrity, and maturity.

𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗚𝗢 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧. 𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬.

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗬 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗗. 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦, 𝗧𝗢𝗢.

Kohath leader, the responsibility God has entrusted to you deserves reverence, integrity, and care. So does the person carrying it.

You can be faithful to your assignment while acknowledging that you are tired. You can serve wholeheartedly while establishing healthy boundaries. You can honor leadership while being honest about your capacity.

𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗛𝗔𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦.

Stay close to God. Let Him examine your motives, strengthen your character, and teach you when to move, when to wait, and when to rest. The way you carry the assignment matters.

𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗬 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗥. 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬. 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗟.

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗧𝗢𝗢!

You pray for others, protect what is vulnerable, and help people through difficult seasons. Remember that 𝗬𝗢𝗨 are also someone God has entrusted you to steward.

Being dependable does not mean being endlessly available. Give yourself permission to rest, establish healthy boundaries, and receive support.
