I am excited to share my Fall 2025 Flourish Group Offerings. 🍂

I have spent years reimagining mental health services beyond traditional therapy and I am proud to offer a variety of Flourish Groups that are distinct from traditional therapy.

These low-investment, high-reward groups serve as a resource to nurture and support mental health through various formats, including self-led, spirit-led, and skill-based therapist-guided sessions. Flourish Groups provide a unique context for learning and applying concepts typically offered in individual therapy.
