This is just a friendly reminder to families of WUMC of all the Children's Ministries that we have available here!

We offer Nursery available on Sundays for services, Mondays for handbells, and Wednesdays for choir.
We want to make sure everyone, including those who have small children, who wants to participate in these activities can.

Some quick details about Nursery:
** Nursery is for ages 0-4
** All Nursery workers are Safe Gatherings certified
** All Nursery workers are 18+ and have been through a verified background check
** Nursery activities include storybooks and toys appropriate for ages 0-4

We have Children's Church available during both Sunday services at 9am and 10:30am!

Some quick details about Children's Church:
** Children's Church is for ages preschool-5th grade
** Students will watch a video lesson about the scripture
** Students complete a hands-on activity related to scripture
** Either a storybook or song is chosen for students to hear the scripture lesson in a different format
** Students 6th grade and up should be staying in church services

We offer a Vacation Bible School Program every Summer.

Some quick details about VBS:
** VBS is for grades preschool-5th grade
** Ages are split into learning groups for preschool-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grade
Will be held during the months of June-Aug (2026 TBA) - Mon-Thurs, 9am-2pm
** Themed Bible Lessons, hands on activities, and games will be done throughout the week
** Students will learn a song every day, then perform those songs at the sunday services following VBS week.

Join us Wednesday, 12/24 for Christmas Eve Services! Invite a friend to Worship with you! We offer Family Service at 5pm in our CLC & at 7pm we will offer Traditional Service in our Sanctuary. Communion, Silent Night & Candlelight will be included in both Worship Services. All are welcome in this place!

¡Únase a nosotros el miércoles 24 de diciembre para los servicios de Nochebuena! ¡Invite a un amigo a acompañarle! Ofreceremos un servicio familiar a las 17:00 en nuestro Centro Comunitario y a las 19:00 un servicio tradicional en nuestro santuario. La Santa Cena, el canto de Noche de Paz y la ceremonia de las velas estarán incluidos en ambos servicios! ¡Todos son bienvenidos en este lugar!

Trunk r’ Treat is tomorrow, 10/18 RAIN OR SHINE!

If storm clouds roll in, we will be inside the gym with tables set up as our “trunks.” We of course will do all that we can to keep the event outside, but if we cannot, this will be the next best option.

All other plans remain the same!
