Cottage Remodel completed by Batista Group in Deerfield Beach Florida.

Cottage in Deerfield Beach which had been derelict for some time. Installed new Hardie siding, Impact windows, New interior renovation. An interesting space was unused above the garage where we designed and built a new master closet and bath addition.
