Giving the whole day to God is a way to make the Christian sabbath holy unto the Lord. It also means maximum grace for an entire day every week.

The size of a church is a matter of indifference in the Bible, but there's something wonderful about being part of one small enough where everybody knows everyone else.

Why would somebody start a new church that meets in the rural backwoods called Wellborn, Florida?
Answer: The OPC wanted to start a church in north central Florida, and this is where God provided a minister and congregation. Also because half of our members live in Suwannee county and half live in Columbia County. Wellborn is right in the middle (about a 20 minute drive for everyone). We also have found the Wellborn Methodist church to be friendly, generous and easy to work with. Both of our congregations are more concerned with growing the kingdom of God than being territorial about church distinctives. While we value our ecclesiastical commitments, we also want to share the space, to maximize this little church building to bring glory to God.

When you begin a worship service with a "Call to Worship" and end with a "Benediction" you ensure God has the first and last word to his church when it meets.

Singing the songs of the 1st century church (Psalms) is a million times more engaging than modern day praise and worship music. Nothing matches singing God's Word.

In the OPC churches we are unashamed to preach expository sermons. That means that the sermons are about whatever Gods Word is about from the chosen set of scripture verses on that Sunday. (in context). When we need to hear God speak to us, this is how its done. At Reformation Faith we work our way through books of the Bible. Why would you want anything else but to hear from God on Sunday?
