Cancelled Webster Fireman's Parade Participation
Hi Crew!
After serious prayer and consideration, the VBS leadership team has decided to cancel our participation in tonight's Webster Firemans' Parade. The air quality is really awful and getting worse. Monroe County has been cancelling and closing all parks and outdoor events. While the Webster Parade is still scheduled to continue, we believe it is in the best interest of our church family to pull out of the event.
However, we still have tons of invites and candies available for people to grab a bag at the church and distribute to neighbors, friends, and anywhere you interact with people and we encourage the crew to grab these resources and be bold and personally invite people to VBS. Maybe some of you would like to take some to the Carnival when the weather clears. Please prayerfully consider taking this step of faith and going out into the community on your own.
