March For Greene March for Greene- May 14, 2016 This march & rally led by local churches brings the hope of Christ to the brokenness addiction has caused in our community.

An effort led by local churches and community members to bring hope and healing to the brokenness drug use has caused in our county. We the Church, believe God is fully able to bring healing and restoration to our community, families and individuals who have been impacted by addiction. Together we will humble ourselves in prayer (2 chronicles 7:14) and act out of Christian love and compassion. On

May 14th, 2016 there will be a community-wide event called "March For Greene." Together we will stand and walk clearly sending the message--We Have Has ENOUGH. The March will end at the Greene county fairgrounds with a rally and resource fair. To build momentum for this event, there are monthly community prayer gatherings and movie showings of Appalachian Dawn at sites access the county. All are invited to join in the effort!
