Rest in peace to Council 731's oldest member and oldest priest in the Chicago Archdiocese.

Fr. Albert Adamich, the oldest priest in the archdiocese and pastor emeritus of former Queen of Peace Parish in North Chicago, passed away on Sept. 21. Fr. Al was 101 years old.

Give him eternal rest, O Lord, and may your light shine on him forever.

Please join your Brother Knights at this Sunday’s Waukegan Independence Day Parade. The parade kicks off at 1:00 pm so please arrive by 12:30 pm. The line-up location is Unit #50 between Grand Ave and Washington St in Downtown Waukegan. You can either ride on the trailer or help to distribute Tootsie Rolls to children along the parade route. Please wear your Knights of Columbus shirt if you have one!

It is with deep sadness that we report the passing of Brother Knight Leonard J. Petrovic on April 13, 2022. Leonard was a member of the council for 60 years. Our apologies as we did not learn of his death until after the services.

Eternal rest grant to them, O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Leonard J. Petrovic, 86, of Gurnee, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2022, surrounded by his family after a long battle with cancer. Len was born in Waukegan to Mathew and Mary Petrovic on May 9, 1935. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, and great-grandpa. He was an avid
