Today we pause to remember those who laid down their lives in service to our nation. May their sacrifice never be forgotten, and may the grief carried by their loved ones be met with Your comfort and peace.
Surround the families of our fallen with Your strength, and bless their homes with hope and healing. As we honor their legacy, stir in us a renewed commitment to seek peace, pursue justice, and walk humbly with You.

What does honor really look like?
Not just respect from a distance. Not empty words.
But genuine love lived out in everyday life.
This Sunday we continue Honor One Another with the title track of the series — looking at what Scripture means when it says to “outdo one another in showing honor.” Because honor and love were never meant to be separated.

So fun to see family-centered events happening in our community this summer! 🌊

A free night of swimming, food, giveaways, and a movie under the summer sky sounds like a great way to make some memories together. Thankful for organizations investing in families and creating spaces for community connection.

Join Harbor House and the Watseka Public Library for a tropical Family Movie Night at the Pool on Monday, June 30! Families can enjoy FREE swim, dinner, giveaways, and a poolside showing of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch at the Watseka Public Pool.

Bring your swimsuits, towels, and floaties for a fun-filled summer evening packed with laughter, community, and island vibes. This event is designed for families, and children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.

The Watseka Public Library Summer Reading Kickoff sounds like a fun way to start the season with activities, crafts, and events for all ages. Be sure to stop by, get signed up, and check out everything planned for the summer reading program.

Thankful for community spaces that encourage learning, creativity, and time together.

Summer Reading is fast approaching! The Kickoff Day is the first of many activities planned for Summer Reading. This six week summer reading program for all ages, begins June 1st with a host of activities, events, and crafts centered around the farm to table theme. Stop in between 9:00 and 5:00 to sign up on Beanstack, collect your registration prize, and enjoy some fun activities. Extra staff will be on hand to help you with the Beanstack App. Please keep an eye out for more information on our upcoming summer reading events for all ages! Sign ups for all of our events will begin at Kickoff, stop in to reserve your spots!
