We have submitted requests for Kaleidoscope series tickets at the Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center. We will receive show confirmation for the 2017-18 year in August and we will keep you posted as we know more.

Pop can Airplanes – This craft activity is for ages 12 thru adult
Saturday, March 25 9 am – noon
Fontana Nature Center, Hazleton, IA

Create a unique conversation piece when your 12-pack of empty cans becomes a decorative biplane with some cutting, shaping, and riveting. Participants will be required to bring 12 matching cans, cut the aluminum with a box cutter and scissors and handle the cut edges. Registration fee of $5 per airplane includes all remaining supplies needed. Pre-registration is required and limited and there will be some preparation instructions given after registering. ONLINE CONNECTION:
Even though it doesn't look like spring outside, it is still right around the corner. I would like to try something different and will add more in the future based on response.

I have included pictures of two separate spring themed projects . Pick one, create, and post a picture with the creators name IN THE COMMENTS below anytime until Monday, March 20th, the official first day of Spring.

I will have a random drawing for a $5 McDonald's gift card for the child selected. Have fun!
