Sons of Freedom Dance Institute (SOF) is designed to teach boys (ages 7-14), self-awareness, life skills and character development through dance technique in ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, tap and West African dance. By bridging the gap between arts enrichment and character education, young men will gain the necessary tools to become influential, and inspiring leaders and performing artist of the

future. Our goal is to provide every "son" with a dance education that can be used in other areas of his life, employing critical thinking skills, problem solving methods and a heighten sense of Confidence, Awareness and Pride (C.A.P.). Our curriculum is designed with the specific learning style of boys in mind and is both challenging and rewarding. Sons of Freedom Dance Institute undoubtedly makes a difference in the lives of boys and gives them an education for life.
