Light of the World Gospel Ministries is a non-denominational church that is committed to bringing the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to North East Nebraska. We are located on the Omaha Reservation and have an earnest desire to see a spiritual awakening of pure biblical religion in the area. We maintain an immovable allegiance to the verbally inspired Word of God โ€“ the Bible. We believe th

e Gospel is applicable to everyone โ€“ irrespective of race, color, gender, social standing, job position, or financial means. God is interested in hearts. We believe salvation comes through the new birth. Those who truly receive and believe the Word of God experience a supernatural spiritual transformation. The fruit of this is a changed life. Sinful things become vile to the genuine Christian and holy things become desirous. Our church was formed on 25th November 2007 in the Fire Hall Walthill. The church was founded by Pastor Paul Malcomson and his wife Jen from Northern Ireland. The vision for the Omaha Reservation was birthed after Pastor Paul heard a testimony 6 years previous at a preacherโ€™s conference at Beaumont Texas from an Omaha Indian lady called Pat Phillips. She testified about the spiritual need on the Reservation. The church has graciously experienced continual growth ever since. God has been moving. God has been speaking. Many people have encountered Christ, many marriages have been reconciled and many lives have been healed. There is a large percentage of young people attending this growing church. The church was forced to find a larger building a couple of years ago. Dennis Munderloh kindly donated his old Funeral Home on Main Street to the church. This has quickly been outgrown. The church is now seeking to build a larger sanctuary on Main Street to accommodate the growing congregation. The church continues to exist for the glory of the Lord, the changing of lives and the ministry of the saints. It is our hope and prayer that Revival will visit the state of Nebraska and that God will allow us to be part of that move.
