alth. I have tried every diet, made every training mistake, and taken every magic pill there is. It wasn’t until I earned my personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise that I started to see some results. Just not the results I wanted. I had learned how to work out. I knew all the exercises you should do with any given piece of equipment at a gym. It was my inner fat kid that was killing me. It wasn’t until one Sunday morning I was in church when it all clicked. He had to know how to take care of our physical body just like He takes care of our spiritual body. This verse has followed me throughout my walk with Christ. When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, the Bible says you become a new creation. Five17 Fitness’ goal is to get our outside to match the new creation of our soul.
