Texas, Supt. Green ministers as an endowing charismatic pastor who has genuinely, sensitively and sacrificially led, guided, and nurtured the flock of God for the past thirty-three (37) years. Under the pedagogy of some of COGIC’s finest leaders as the late Bishop Samuel Crouch, the late Bishop J. Blake, Bishop Charles Blake, the late Bishop T. Iglehart, and Bishop Samuel E. Green has served veraciously as an Evangelist, District Y.P.W.W. President, State Music Department President, Chairman of the Elders’ Council, Jurisdictional Adjutant to the Bishop, National Adjutant, National Sergeant at Arms, National Marshall, International Women’s Department Prayer Team, Pastor, District Superintendent, and Administrative Assistant. His pastoral reach extends beyond the walls of the organized church and is epitomized through his collaboration of various civic duties such as Bryan Independent School District Alternative Learning Advisory Board member, Save our Street Ministries, weekly ministry at the Federal Women’s Prison (Bryan), Campus pastor for Life Saver’s Bible Study (Texas A&M University) and weekly radio ministry. Bishop Green, recognized as an influential and resourceful minister of the Gospel, is

greatly respected for his faithfulness to God and to the Church. The acme of his most endearing service is chronicled in his life as loving husband to Missionary Barbara A. Hall Green, caring father to his children and an adoring grandfather to his precious grandchildren.
