HOUSEKEEPING RULES
Requirements to be served at MDM’s Free Food Box Distributions
* You must be present to receive service.
* You MAY pick up for someone else only if you’re listed as their proxy on file — and only if supplies allow at that time. ALL decisions are made at staff discretion.
* Different households in the same car MAY POSSIBLY be served with proof of residency. Proof of residency will be required by each car rider who wishes to receive service at that time. At least two forms of documentation are needed to confirm proof of residency, one MUST be a government issued ID with a picture:
* A government issued ID with picture.
* Current utility bill that confirms the address. This second piece of documentation must match the name on the government issued ID.
* Please obey all traffic laws.
* Do NOT cut in line. Doing so will cause you to be removed and sent to the back of the line. If someone cuts line, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can handle the situation. Do not confront them. Let us handle the situation.
* First come, first served. No walk-ups.
* All rules and policies are subject to change as needed at our discretion.
