GLORY KIDS CHURCH RULES
Verden Lighthouse Church
We want every child to have a safe, fun, and exciting place to learn about Jesus. To help make Glory Kids enjoyable for everyone, we ask all children to follow these rules.
1. Be Respectful
Listen to your teachers and leaders.
Follow instructions the first time they are given.
Use kind words when speaking to others.
Treat other children, leaders, and church property with respect.
2. Keep Your Hands, Feet & Objects to Yourself
No hitting, kicking, pushing, biting, pinching, or pulling.
Do not throw objects at others.
Respect everyone's personal space.
🚨 STRICT NO-FIGHTING POLICY 🚨
Fighting will NOT be tolerated in Glory Kids Church.
Fighting includes:
Hitting
Kicking
Pushing
Punching
Slapping
Biting
Pinching
Pulling hair or clothing
Wrestling or tackling
Throwing objects at someone
Threatening or attempting to hurt someone
Encouraging someone else to fight
If a Child Is Involved in Fighting:
The children will be separated immediately.
The child will be removed from the activity and spoken to by a leader.
Parents/guardians will be notified.
Repeated or serious fighting may result in the child being required to leave Glory Kids for the remainder of the service or event.
Continued fighting or serious aggressive behavior may result in a temporary suspension from Glory Kids activities until church leadership and the parent/guardian determine a plan for the child's safe return.
No child should ever feel unsafe while attending Glory Kids Church.
If someone makes you angry or hurts you, do not fight back. Find a teacher, leader, or trusted adult immediately.
3. Use Kind Words
No bullying.
No name-calling.
No threatening others.
No inappropriate language.
Encourage and include others.
4. Respect Church Property
Do not damage toys, equipment, furniture, walls, or other church property.
Clean up after yourself.
Use supplies and equipment properly.
5. Participate and Have Fun!
Join in activities when you can.
Be a good sport.
Include others.
Help make Glory Kids a fun place for everyone!
6. Listen During Teaching and Prayer
Be respectful during Bible lessons, worship, and prayer.
Raise your hand if you need help or have a question.
Avoid unnecessary talking or disruptions.
OUR GLORY KIDS PROMISE
I will be kind.
I will be respectful.
I will keep my hands and feet to myself.
I will not fight.
If I have a problem, I will ask a leader for help.
I will help make Glory Kids Church a safe and fun place for everyone!
