New Around the Table Cohort Opportunities

Faith leaders and caregivers of children and youth are invited to participate in new Around the Table cohorts designed to strengthen faith formation, nurture intergenerational relationships, and weave Christian spiritual practices into everyday life and faith communities.

➡️ Two cohort options are available for fall 2026
✨ Retreat Cohort with an in-person, content-rich experience followed by ongoing coaching
✨Traditional Cohort with a fully online journey of guided conversations and shared learning

Both are offered free of charge and are available in English, Spanish, and Korean.
No matter which you choose, you’ll gain practical tools to strengthen faith formation, build intergenerational relationships, and weave spiritual practices into everyday life.

This Wednesday, the APCE Book Club will gather to discuss Theo of Golden, by Allen Levi. A stranger arrives in the small town of Golden Georgia and changes the lives of so many of the residents. Theo starts buying portraits of local people created by a local artist and then he gives the portraits to the subjects. The novel is about generosity, kindness, and listening to others.

Breathing New Life into Church Ministries
The Empower Mission Team invites you to be a part of the Friday night program at the 2027 Annual Event to inspire participants with a presentation that shares how ministries can live again through creative innovation. We hope that all our denominational partners will be represented. The selections will be made based on the diversity of the ministries submitted – i.e., children, youth, aging adults, community, or intergenerational.
