Cook Ministries is a 501c3 nonprofit Christian Street ministry, our goal is to advocate and educate about mental health awareness and to facilitate those in our communities searching for help, while facilitating basic physical needs as well as their spiritual needs
In order to change the world, there must first be a group of people who understand what the focus is, and that’s Kingdom principles. J

esus came to serve people, love people, preach to people, heal people and deliver people. Take care of people and the ministry takes care of itself.

My Friday is like this. I start off with Prayer to God and giving him thanks for everything. It is a blessing to have life, It is a blessing to have all your limbs and wake up a very healthy person. I can give you a million reason to be thankful everyday.

I am intentionl about life and who life I change with just a few simple words. Words of encouragement, Words of wisdom and words that can bring you from deep inside that dark pit to make you see light. From the struggling Mother to the Father who can't seem to do enough.

To the many executives who strive for excellence and make companies million of dollars but fail at home with marriages, parenting and much more. To the caring parents who child has just received a life sentence at 18 and that is his permanent home. I search for answers for those who turn to substance abuse rather than turn to someone who can help them get through what they face on a daily.

Everyday I challenge people to be better and do better. Love your family, Love your kids, Love yourself and live life how God would want you to live it. My day consist of writing and building for the future, Taking phone calls from prisoners and business owners and up and coming entrepreneurs to see how we navigate.and make each other better.

Everyday I talk to someone who is in a battle with themselves to survive everyday life. Be intentional and go out and serve, Make someone smile, Pull a person out that pit. God see the good you do and he will reward you.(Coach Byron)

THE PIT- This is where we go things and we figure out who we are and where we are headed.

THE LESSON- We must grow through it and not go through it.

THE REWARD- Through it all we will be rewarded from what we learned.

The trials and tribulations gone come in life and it is what we learn during the process of going through it. Did you come out better than when you went through the storm or did you fall deeper or did you not grasp anything from your circumstances.

The Pit is necessary for you to grow and to become the person you was created to be. We must learn that life is hard and that twist and plots gone happen but on the other side of storms and challenges there are rewards for you being obedient. It helps you see life from a different lens that you are used to looking out of.

You will value yourself more, You will make sacrifices that will benefit you in the long run. Your decisions will be better and you will come out of this a better person. So if you are stuck in the PIT today don't panic your breakthrough is coming.(Coach Byron)
