Sometimes we think our weaknesses are the things holding us back from being used by God.

But 2 Corinthians 12:9 reminds us that it can actually be the opposite.

Paul asked God three times to take away his “thorn in the flesh,” but instead, God reminded him that His grace was enough and that His power is made perfect in weakness.

We don’t have to have everything figured out, be completely confident, or have it all together for God to work through us. Sometimes our weaknesses are exactly where we learn to rely on Him the most.

Maybe there’s an area of your life you’ve been trying to hide or fix on your own. What would it look like to surrender it to God and let Him work through it?

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9

What do you do when you don’t know what’s coming next?

John 14 is Jesus preparing His disciples for a difficult goodbye and reminding them that they won’t have to face what comes next alone.

He reminds them that God isn’t distant, that we can come to Him with confidence, that the Holy Spirit is with us, and that His peace doesn’t depend on everything around us being okay.

Sometimes we don’t need to have everything figured out. We just need to remember who is with us in the middle of it.

What a great time our Washington DC Chapter had during a social gathering at iFLY!

They got a glimpse of what it feels like to fly on wings like eagles, a reminder that with God, we can rise above life’s challenges and soar to new heights. Thank you to Adventist HealthCare for sponsoring our event and supporting our Washington DC Chapter . We’re grateful for the fellowship, memories, and reminder to keep our eyes on God as we soar.
