Ucon Idaho Stake
To me, it feels like it's been the Week of Service in the Ucon Stake, and we have another opportunity this week. The Ucon Stake is hosting a Blood Drive and we still in need of some volunteers who are able and willing to donate blood to the American Red Cross.

The Blood Drive is from 9-3 pm, Wednesday, May 20, at the Ucon Stake Center.

Reminder for the Brethren:

Dear Brethren,

The Ucon Stake All Priesthood Holder Meeting will be held 2 weeks from today - May 17th at 4pm at the Stake Center.

We invite all Men and Young Men to join with us during this once-a-year meeting to be taught and instructed.

Hi all,

One of the wonderful senior missionary couples serving at Darby Camp this summer had to step away for legitimate personal reasons. If we are unable to find a replacement couple within three weeks, Darby Camp will be at risk of being forced to close for the summer. We are looking for a couple who could begin serving in approximately three weeks.

We are asking for your help in spreading the word and prayerfully identifying anyone who may be a good fit for this opportunity.

Here are some of the requirements:

Must be worthy of a temple recommend and receive Bishop and Stake President approval
Enjoy working with youth
Complete the Church youth protection training
Should be physically able to walk around camp daily and perform light maintenance work (a Gator ATV is available)
Serve alongside another senior missionary couple
Camper trailer is optional; missionary housing is also provided
Weekly preparation day included for shopping, laundry, and personal needs
Strong people skills are important when coordinating with ward and stake leaders at camp
This is an incredible opportunity to serve the youth in a beautiful setting while doing meaningful work for the Lord. If you know of anyone who may be interested, please contact your bishop and/or a member of the Stake Presidency.
