Join us in praying over our city as we count down this week!

Prayer Focus: HOLINESS OVER THE CITY

Prayer Points:
- We declare Toledo belongs to the Lord alone.
- We dedicate every street, home, and school to Jesus.
- We break every agreement with darkness over this city.
- We declare: “Holy Toledo” will be known again.

Prayer:
Lord, we come before You and declare that Toledo is Yours. We surrender every street, every home, every school, and every gathering place to Your authority. Let anything that is not of You lose its grip over this city. We ask that holiness would rise again and that this land would be marked by Your presence. Set Toledo apart as Yours alone. Let righteousness take root where compromise has grown. We declare that this city belongs to Jesus!!!!

In the heart of Toledo, our Keyser Elementary families know what it means to live in a strong urban community: neighbors who look out for each other, kids who are resilient and creative, and cultures that bring rich diversity to our schools.

LifeWise Toledo wants to come alongside that strength, not replace it, by giving students a safe, positive space during the school day to talk about hope, purpose, and character through the lens of the Bible, all with parent permission and off campus. We believe our city kids are leaders in the making, and that spiritual and character formation can help them navigate real-life challenges they face in our neighborhoods and classrooms.

At Keyser Elementary, we all want the same thing for our kids: a strong foundation that will support them for the rest of their lives; academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

LifeWise Toledo exists to help families build that kind of foundation by offering character-focused, Bible-based teaching during the school day (with parent permission and off campus). Each lesson pairs a Bible account with practical character traits like respect, kindness, responsibility, and perseverance, giving students tools they can use in real-life situations at school, at home, and with friends.

As we explore bringing LifeWise to Keyser, we’d love to hear from you:

What kind of foundation do you hope your child is building right now?

Which character qualities matter most to you for your student (for example: courage, compassion, honesty, self‑control)?

What questions do you have about how LifeWise could support what you’re already teaching at home?
