A new ministry has begun at St. Catherine of Siena. It's called the Saint Monica Ministry. St. Monica prayed unceasingly for the conversion of her wayward son, who was converted and became Saint Augustine.
The purpose of this ministry is to pray for our relatives and friends who have fallen away from the practice of our Catholic faith. There is a booklet here to write your prayer requests, to ask St. Monica for her prayerful intercession in asking God's help for the return of these souls to the Faith .
On the First Friday of each month, these prayer requests will be prayed for in the presence of Our Lord during adoration. Please join us every First Friday at 3 pm, the hour of Divine Mercy, to pray for the fallen away.
