Mike Hart of Hart will speak on our second-annual post-Prayer Breakfast Bonus Session on the topic of "Living Your Faith-Based Brand." Mike is one of four Bonus Session panel members, who are local, successful leaders in business and the community. These panelists will provide insights on how to Create a Winning Culture Through Great Leadership.

Mike Hart is Executive Chairman of Hart and has spent more than four decades helping lead and shape the firm founded by his father. With a tireless work ethic and a passion for service and strong relationships, Mike has helped grow Hart into a leading independent agency. Under his leadership, the company has maintained a strong commitment to community involvement, encouraging employees to support charitable organizations and volunteer efforts.

Mike is a founding board member of the University of Toledo Family Business Center and remains actively engaged with University of Toledo students. He also serves on the Catholic Community Foundation Board, The Trust Company Family Offices Board, has chaired the Distinguished Clown Corps for many years, and has long supported the Alzheimer’s Walk.

Mike has been recognized as Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year as well as numerous industry awards and recognitions. Hart graduated from BGSU with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in sales management.

Family remains at the center of Mike’s life, including his wife Kelly, their daughter Shannon and son-in-law Trey, their son Zak and daughter-in-law Kristen; and grandchildren Henry and Charlie.

Mike McCartney of McCartney Coaching, Ltd. will speak on our second-annual post-Prayer Breakfast Bonus Session on the topic of "How To Be A Better Leader."

Mike joins a four-person panel of local, successful business leaders who will provide insights on how to Create a Winning Culture Through Great Leadership.

Mike McCartney is an executive coach who helps successful people become better leaders and even more successful. He believes Christian leaders bear a big responsibility to share the Gospel in word and deed and their Christian values in the modern workplace.

Prior to his career as an executive coach, Mike had a 30-year career with The Andersons Corporation. He has coached leaders in wide variety of organizations from Fortune 500 C-Suites executives to family-owned businesses leaders to budding entrepreneurs with the singular mission of creating enterprise and leadership excellence. Mike has co-authored a number of practitioner-based articles on the benefits of executive coaching and coachability and is a thought leader in the executive coaching space.

Wendi R. Huntley, Esq. will speak on our second-annual post-Prayer Breakfast Bonus Session on the topic of "The Uncommon Leader." Wendi joins a four-person panel of local, successful business leaders who will provide insights on how to Create a Winning Culture Through Great Leadership.

As President & CEO of Connecting Kids To Meals, Inc. (CKM), Wendi Huntley guides her nonprofit organization in providing hot, nutritious meals at no cost to at-risk kids ages 18 and under who are in low income and underserved areas of NW Ohio. CKM partners with schools, libraries, community centers, afterschool programs, homeless shelters, summer sites and other places where kids gather. During her nearly 10-year tenure, Ms. Huntley has been and is responsible for development, community engagement, marketing, brand management, and expansion initiatives. CKM provided nearly 600,000 healthy meals to kids last year, and has been feeding hungry kids for 24 years.

Wendi is also an accomplished attorney with over 30 years in corporate, litigation, intellectual property, sports and entertainment law. After working for a large law firm in Columbus, Ohio, she established her own firm, SPEC Group, representing clients across the U.S. A native of Toledo, Ohio, Ms. Huntley earned her undergraduate Degree from Bowling Green State University and her Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State College of Law.

Wendi is active volunteering in the community and has received numerous awards of distinction. To name a few, just recently, she was named the 2025 Outstanding Fundraising Professional for National Philanthropy Day. Wendi is the recipient of the 2025 Difference Maker Award, and in 2023, she was inducted into the Notre Dame Academy (Toledo) Alumni Hall of Fame for Leadership and Service. She received the St. Katherine Drexel Award in 2023, was a member of the 2023 National Cohort for Share Our Strength/No Kid Hungry Campaign, and was a Leadership Ohio Class of 2022 Fellow. She is also a YWCA of Greater NWOH’s MileStones Award recipient, among many other accolades. Ms. Huntley serves on the Board of Directors for Mercy Health Toledo, Mobile Meals, Hope Toledo and HEIRS CCC (Charlotte, N.C.)

Jim Lange will speak on our second-annual post-Prayer Breakfast Bonus Session on the topic of "The Three Biggest Lies A Christian Leader Believes."

Jim is one of four Bonus Session panel members, who are local, successful leaders in business and the community. These panelists will provide insights on how to Create a Winning Culture Through Great Leadership.

Jim Lange is a graduate of The University of Toledo where he was a four-year member of the basketball team.

Jim has been in business for over 40 years and his life mission is to help leaders become more of who God made them to be. Here are some of the ways he does that:

- Facilitating Kingdom Factor leadership roundtable groups for the past 16 years. These monthly groups help business and ministry leaders to grow their organizations in a God-honoring way while at the same time helping them to grow personally and spiritually;
- Partner in Kingdom Factor USA, training coaches to build and facilitate monthly peer-group meetings for Christian business and ministry leaders.
- Coaching and advising leaders and those in difficult marriages.

Jim is a best-selling author with such titles as Bleedership, Biblical First-Aid for Leaders; Calming the Storm Within: How to Find Peace in This Chaotic World; and his latest work, The Happy Wife Happy Life Deception: How To Stop Walking On Eggshells & Be The Man You Were Made To Be.

He is married to Carolyn and they are parents to five grown children; have three grandchildren; and reside in NW Ohio.

Clinton O. Longenecker, Ph.D., will moderate our second-annual Bonus Session that directly follows the Prayer Breakfast. Clint will host and moderate a one-hour panel that will feature four prominent, local leaders in the community who will provide insights on how to Create a Winning Culture Through Great Leadership.

Clint is an executive educator, consultant, coach, and motivational speaker who works with businesses and industry professionals the world over to inspire career growth, high-performance organizational transformation, and team unity. He’s a Distinguished University Professor Emeritus at the University of Toledo in Ohio and has taught more than 11,000 graduate and undergraduate students and published over 200 articles.

Over the years, Clint has spoken to 250,000+ people worldwide and over 9,500 senior leaders in the U.S. military and intelligence community. Clint’s impact on professionals worldwide has been recognized with several awards. Some notable recognitions include:

The John Maxwell Organization called Clint one of the “Top 30 Transformational Leaders in America.” He is also a recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, one of only 20 academics worldwide to receive that honor. He also received the Toastmasters International Leadership Award.

During his tenure at the University of Toledo, Clint was the only faculty member to receive the top three awards for teaching, research and service.

Clint spends his free time actively serving the community. He’s a long-time member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church and a Bible study leader, teacher and speaker. He’s also invested extensive time in Haiti, managing a missionary school, hospital construction projects and medical mission trips. Clint is very happily married to his wife, Cindy. They have three wonderful children and two precious grandchildren.
