We capture the spirit of this scripture with the words Rescue, Restore, and Release.

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord." We believe that every person must be rescued from sin and death (Romans 3:23), be restored to God (Romans 5:19), and released to spread the good news (Matthew 28:18-20).
