We hope everyone has had a blessed and happy Easter. For victory over death, He is risen! Halajiah! To God be the Glory, great things He has done! This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it! Thanks be to God! Amen.

We will be collecting travel games, puzzles, cards, and other small games that will go in our Operation Christmas Child Shoe Boxes at the church.

Going through this lent season as we head toward Easter. We would like to wish everyone a Happy and blessed Easter from First Presbyterian Church of Terrell. Our Easter service will be held on April 5' 2026 @ 11:00 am. We will have our "Rise and Shine, and give God the Glory" breakfast at 9:30 am with our Sunday School lesson. Please join us!

Appreciation Sunday will be held on March 29, 2026. The preschool and Kindergarten will be singing songs during Children's Time. Service will be followed by a meal afterwards in the Fellowship Hall. Please join us! This will be Palm Sunday.

We will be collecting stuffed animals and other small toys for our Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. Donations will be accepted at the church.

We had our "It's no sham, Jesus is our rock" luncheon on March 1st, 2026.

✨One Pan Taco Tortellini✨ (only takes 10-15 minutes to make)

1. Cook one pound of ground beef in a medium to hot skillet and drain all the grease. Then add a packet of taco seasoning and stir.
2. Add 1 can of tomatoes with green chiles to your skillet then fill that same can with beef broth and add that to your pan. Let boil. It won’t take long!
3. Add a half bag of the family size bag of frozen tortellini (so half a 36oz bag, there was room to add a bit more too) to the pan. Let boil and cover for 2 minutes. These tortellini don’t take long to cook.
4. Take cover off and lower heat to medium-low. Add a 1/2 cup of sour cream and 2 cups of shredded cheese. Stir and cover until melted. It won’t take long.
5. Top with more cheese and green onions.
6. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:

one pound of ground beef
a packet of taco seasoning

2 cups of shredded cheese

We will be collecting hobby kits, jewelry making kits, arts and craft, legos, or things that can be handmade for our "Acts of Love" donations for our Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. February 1, 2026 get ready for our "No Greater Love" luncheon where we will enjoy pasta and some of our favorite Italian dishes. You can bring a dish or just come enjoy fellowship after our morning worship. We hope to see you there.
