In addition to Mother's Day, we also celebrated a very special occasion at Foundry this past Sunday. Please join us in congratulating Michaela Wickham on graduating from seminary. We are so proud of her dedication, faithfulness, and commitment to studying and sharing God’s Word.
As a church, we were honored to present her with a ram’s horn, also known as a shofar, to commemorate this milestone. Throughout biblical history, the shofar carried deep spiritual significance. It was used to call God’s people together, announce times of worship and celebration, and proclaim victory and the presence of the Lord. The sound of the shofar marked powerful moments in Scripture, reminding God’s people to listen, prepare, and move forward in faith.
We pray this gift serves as a reminder of the calling God has placed on her life and the incredible work still ahead. Foundry Church loves you, supports you, and cannot wait to see all God continues to do through you.
