Starting this year off with intentionality.

The word steward is not something you hear a lot in the “outside world”. But as Christians, biblical stewardship is such an important concept. To be a “good steward” is to care well for what God has entrusted in us-including our bodies, minds, time and energy, and resources.

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭4‬:‭10‬ ‭ESV‬‬

So this year I want to set my heart and mind on what God has entrusted me and be intentional about how I can steward it well.

Put on that armor of God and be prepared.
The enemy wants us to be ok with lukewarm Christianity and drown out biblical truth.

I’m not the most eloquent speaker but as I was doing my Bible study tonight, something stirred in my heart and I just wrote down these words that came so freely from my pen.

We Christians, now more than ever, need to stand firm in our faith. And the only way we can do that is continuing to read and study the Bible, pray, and cultivate that personal relationship with Jesus. No more being lukewarm. It’s too important.
