This Pentecost, we aren't just celebrating a moment of fire. We are cultivating a lifetime of fruit. 🌱🔥
The rushing wind and tongues of fire on the first Pentecost were dramatic. They were loud. They were spectacular. We often find ourselves praying, *"God, do it again! Give us the sudden, undeniable spark!"*
But what happens on Monday morning when the fire cools down?
This Sunday, we are shifting our focus. We aren’t just looking at what the Holy Spirit allows us to *do* (the gifts), but who the Holy Spirit empowers us to *be* (the fruit).
A gift is given in an instant. Fruit must be grown in the quiet soil of relationship.
