Our 2nd Nutrition workshop of the year was a success! Thank you to the ladies at for coming and educating us on the power of fruits and veggies! 🥗 The ladies had a blast and walked away with a new dish to bring home to their families! 🫶🏾🙌🏾 Special thank you to for always being a safe space for us to gather 🥹 Stay tuned for our next workshop later this summer 🤗

As Mental Health awareness month kicks off today, we’d like to celebrate cohort 2 of our women’s healing circles and individual counseling program 🌸🌸 For 6 weeks these ladies committed to joining us in a space of community healing and connection 💕 Missing a few from the pic, but we are so happy for them! Special thank you to our Practicum students Kaylee and Kim for showing up week after week for these ladies 🥹 How did we get so blessed? Cohort 3 is enrolling now! 🌸
