Yesterday we celebrated Father’s Day at Hillview, thanking the Lord for the men who have impacted our lives, pointed us to Christ, and faithfully served their families, church, and community.

Pastor Tim preached from Proverbs 20:7 on The Legacy of a Godly Man. In a day when biblical manhood is often neglected, we were reminded of the urgent need for men who will walk in integrity, lead their homes with wisdom, and leave a lasting spiritual legacy for the next generation.

We thank God for the faithful fathers, grandfathers, and men of our church family. May the Lord continue to raise up men who love Christ, serve others, and stand firmly on His Word.

This Sunday we will continue our study through Proverbs with a special Father’s Day message focused on biblical manhood and the wisdom God gives men for leading their homes and lives.

Following the morning services, everyone is invited to stay for a free hot dog lunch as we celebrate the fathers and men of our church.

We will also have a Father’s Day Photo Booth available near the front of the auditorium. Be sure to stop by and take a family picture before or after the service.

We look forward to gathering together to glorify God through worship, fellowship, and the preaching of His Word. Invite a friend and join us this Sunday.

As we look back on last weekend’s Family Weekend Refresher, our hearts are thankful for God’s goodness.

It was a blessing to spend time together as a church family! We were challenged and encouraged through four sessions on marriage and parenting, enjoyed a fun afternoon of food, fellowship, and activities, and worshiped the Lord together throughout the weekend.

The highlight of the weekend was seeing people place their faith in Christ and celebrating baptism together.

Thank you to everyone who attended, served, prayed, prepared meals, set up, cleaned up, and invested in making the weekend special. We are thankful for the way God is working in the families of Hillview and look forward to all He has in store for the days ahead.
