Low Country Singing Christmas Tree

We have received some inquiries about the tree presentation for this year and wanted to share this for those who have been a part of our presentations for years. The Low Country Singing Christmas Tree will not be presented in 2016 as we continue to seek God's direction for this ministry and our church family. While we will certainly have a Christmas event to celebrate the birth of Jesus, it will not include the tree. Thank you for your continued prayers and support of the Low Country Singing Christmas Tree.

The Low Country Singing Christmas Tree has been packed away after an amazing 25th year presentation, and yet the excitement of Jesus’ birth at Christmas is still cause for celebration in the lives of Christians. While we are taking “a year of rest” in 2015 and seeking God’s direction for our ministry at Christmas in future years, I would like to invite you to be a part of our Christmas celebration this year at Summerville Baptist. Our desire is to continue the priority of giving glory to God, building up the body of Christ, and sharing the hope found in Jesus Christ with a lost world that desperately needs a Savior.
The SBC Christmas Celebration is Sunday, December 13, at 5:00PM in the worship center and will include an outstanding choir and orchestra as well as children's choirs, handbells, and special ensembles singing for the glory of God. This is a free event to our community as we reach out with love and share the joy of Jesus Christ this Christmas.

Be a part of the SBC Christmas Choir which will lead in a special time of worship in December. Rehearsals start Wednesday, September 2, at 7:45PM in the worship center A full rehearsal schedule will be provided at the first rehearsal. Childcare is provided.

Just saw the rough cut of the DVD! It's so great to see it again and relive the memories!

Thank you to all who took part in this year's Low Country Singing Christmas Tree presentations. We were able to reach out with the love of Jesus to about 4000 people this Christmas. Thank you for bringing glory to God, encouraging the body of Christ, and sharing hope with all. May God bless you with His bountiful blessings as you continue to shine the light of Jesus through your lives. To God be the glory forever and ever!
