This weekend, members of the Verso L’Alto CORE leadership team stepped away on retreat to grow in faith, spend time in prayer, and simply be together.

A heartfelt thank you to Fr. Strong for leading such a meaningful retreat, and to the Franciscan Friars at the National Shrine of St. Maximilian Kolbe for their warm hospitality.

We’re grateful for this time of renewal and are so excited for what God has in store for Verso L’Alto. Please keep our group in your prayers as we continue “verso l’alto”- to the heights!

Help Us Spread the Word!

The family of some of our Verso L’Alto members is excited to launch their new food truck, La Comarca Grill, and we’d love to help them get the word out!

To celebrate their soft launch, they’ll be serving delicious grilled food on Thursday, August 6, from 4:00–7:00 PM at St. Michael’s School parking lot (410 S. Park St., Streator).

As part of the launch, they’re generously donating the evening’s proceeds to benefit St. Michael’s Parish.

If you’re looking for dinner that evening, stop by, support a wonderful parish family as they begin this new venture, and help us wish them a successful launch! We also invite you to share this post to help spread the word.
