Your calling isn’t something you earn through bigger Sundays, better sets, more opportunities, or getting everything right. It’s something you steward by staying close to the One who called you in the first place.

You were loved before you ever stepped on a platform. And you’ll still be loved when you step off of it.
Keep showing up. Keep abiding. Keep trusting.

REST is moving to Nashville 🎸 And we have a feeling this one is going to be incredibly special!

October 19th - 21st, worship leaders from across the country will step away from the schedules, setlists, planning and constant pouring out, and come together for a few days to simply receive.

Moving REST to Nashville has opened the door for us to dream a little bigger, to create moments of surprise and delight, gather in some really special spaces, and remind every worship leader who joins us that they are loved and not alone.

We can’t tell you everything we have planned just yet, and that’s part of the fun! Come breathe, connect, worship, laugh and be cared for with us.

We’re so excited to welcome David Leonard to the Worship Circle family as a 2027 Coach!

You may know David as one half of the GRAMMY-nominated duo All Sons & Daughters, from his time playing with NEEDTOBREATHE, or through songs he’s helped write like “Great Are You Lord,” “All the Poor and Powerless,” and “Christ Be All Around.”

But beyond the songs and the years of ministry, David carries a heart for the Church and for the people who lead it, and we’re incredibly grateful for the wisdom and experience he’ll bring to Worship Circle.

In 2027, David will lead a small group of just 8 men through the Worship Circle journey. From his early days as a session singer, to 30 years of leading alongside Beth Moore, to now serving as Worship Pastor at Brentwood Baptist Church, Travis has spent decades faithfully serving the Church through music and worship.

In this conversation, Travis shares from a lifetime of loving the local Church, leading people in worship, and using music to help others know God in deeper ways.
And we’re especially excited that Travis will be joining our Worship Circle family as a coach, leading a small group beginning in January 2027!

Yesterday was something special 🤍

SUMMIT 2026 was our biggest SUMMIT yet, and we’re still so grateful for every worship leader who chose to set aside a few hours in the middle of busy lives and ministries to simply receive, be encouraged, and be reminded that they are loved and not alone.

To every leader who showed up, leaned in, shared honestly, and made space for God to move…thank you.

Our prayer is that what happened yesterday doesn’t stay at SUMMIT. We can’t wait to see how God uses the conversations, encouragement, and connections from our time together in each of your lives, churches, and ministries.
