I didnā€™t want to speak on this, but as a reader myself, Iā€™m honestly shocked that someone would trademark a phrase like ā€œHot Girls Read.ā€

Like many others, I had considered using it in a design because I always saw it as a fun phrase embraced by the book community as a whole.

In the end, I added a little something different to my design instead.

Iā€™m genuinely surprised that a phrase so widely used by readers and small businesses has become something people have to think twice about using.

May was a busy one šŸ’•

not every moment needs to be spent hustling.

The older my kids get, the more I realize that being there for them matters more than any hustle ever could.

The work can wait. The laundry can wait. The notifications can wait.

But the little voice asking me to watch, the hand reaching for mine, the stories they want to tell me about their dayā€”those moments wonā€™t wait forever.

One day, these days will be memories
Choosing them over everything Because no amount of success could ever replace the moments I would miss with them.

Them remembering I was there is what matters to me the most šŸ’•

Some days are heavier than othersā€”and I understand that in a real, lived way. Not everything Iā€™ve carried has ever been visible, and not everything needed to be explained to be real.

Healing, for me, hasnā€™t been loud or perfect. Itā€™s been quiet and sometimes messyā€”but still progress. And through it all, my faith has been what steadies meā€”reminding me that even in the unseen moments, Iā€™m not walking through it alone.

If things feel like a lot, donā€™t be afraid to reach outā€”even if itā€™s just to talk. You donā€™t have to carry everything by yourself. Move at your own pace, give yourself grace, and hold onto faithā€”even when itā€™s quiet. šŸ’š
