What a wonderful day of celebration!!!
We celebrated paying off our mortgage!!!
Thank u Pastor Roy and Leighan for coming and ministering to our body of believers. I loved what he said your debt free what's next? We aren't at an end we are starting a new beginning with even more resources to do the Lords work. Thank u Pastor Steven's from years ago in 1988 having the dream in your heart to build this church. And in 1989 it became a reality!!! Now in 2026 on this day we are debt free!!! Thank u to so many who made this day possible. From the awsome food to the pictures and videos of days gone by. Thank u Dwight for sharing your videos with us. And for Rhonda doing the slide presentation!!!
All those memories and now we begin a new. But always building on Christ our Lord and Savior!!!

This Sunday, May 24th at 10:30am we will be having our service followed by a Mortgage Burning celebration. It has been such a blessing to pay off the property and building, God has been so good to us. Our Illinois district Assistant Superintendent, Rev. Roy Rhodes, will be ministering for our morning service, followed by the celebration, then a pot luck dinner. So many wonderful memories over the years. Please feel welcome to join us.

What a great job all the kids did at church yesterday! Performed a play called, "The Case of the Missing Cookies" which taught about the mercy of God. So proud of all of them! They all said they can't wait to do another performance!!! :)
