Faith isn’t about having it all together. It’s about knowing where to run when you don’t. Life will have its storms, heartbreaks, and moments that shake us, but this verse reminds us that we have a refuge. We have a safe place to be real, to be raw, to be vulnerable, and to be broken if we need to be. “Trust in Him at all times…. pour out your heart before Him. God is a refuge for us.” It is only through him we will find healing, rest, and redemption.
