What a powerful night in BreakOut at the Blount County Jail! ❤️

Tonight, 23 women joined us for our BreakOut session, and what an honor it was to sit with them, listen to them, and watch God move.

The women shared openly and honestly about their lives, their struggles, their losses, and their hopes. There were stories of heartbreak, stories of children they miss desperately, stories of poor choices and painful consequences, but also stories of gratitude, growth, and God’s faithfulness in the middle of difficult circumstances.

One of the most moving parts of the evening was hearing about the letters many of them are writing to recovery centers, humbly asking for an opportunity to continue their recovery journey when they leave the jail. These women aren’t asking for an easy road. They’re asking for a second chance. They’re taking ownership, seeking help, and fighting for a different future.

We were reminded once again that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace. Behind the walls of a jail, hope is still alive. Jesus is still changing lives. Seeds are being planted, hearts are being softened, and recovery is happening one surrendered day at a time.

Please continue to pray for these women as they seek healing, restoration, and freedom through Christ. We are grateful for the privilege of walking alongside them and watching God write redemption stories right before our eyes. ❤️🙏

Last Tuesday night, our BreakOut Men’s Jail Ministry team had the privilege of spending time with the men in the Echo Pod of the Blount County Jail.

One thing that stood out to us was a heartfelt prayer request from the residents themselves. They shared their concern that some men have been walking away from their Prayer & Share group, and they asked us to pray for God to strengthen and grow that community.

Think about that for a moment. Men who are incarcerated, fighting for recovery and a new life, recognizing the importance of fellowship, accountability, and God’s Word enough to ask for prayer that others won’t drift away.

Would you join us in praying?

🙏 Pray that God would draw these men closer to Himself.
🙏 Pray that the Prayer & Share group would be filled with honesty, encouragement, and hope.
🙏 Pray that those who have stepped away would return.
🙏 Pray that strong, Christ-centered leaders would rise up among them.
🙏 Pray that lasting recovery and transformation would take root in every heart.

We are continually humbled by what God is doing behind those walls. Thank you for partnering with us through your prayers as we carry the hope of Jesus into places that desperately need His light.

“Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together… but encouraging one another.” Hebrews 10:24-25

🔥 BREAKOUT AT ST. CLAIR COUNTY JAIL 🔥

What a powerful afternoon behind the walls! Last minute opportunity after missing last week due to the jail being short-staffed.

Our team had the privilege of spending time with the men and women at St. Clair County Jail, sharing God’s Word, reading scripture together, and gathering in small groups. They were incredibly receptive and engaged as we talked, listened, and pointed one another toward hope in Christ.

And God moved in a mighty way…

💙 14 Blue Chips
✝️ 9 Salvations

Nine individuals made decisions to surrender their lives to Jesus!

One of our volunteers summed it up perfectly:

“Bad day for the devil, but a great afternoon in the jail!”

We are so thankful for the faithful volunteers who continue to walk through these doors carrying the hope of Jesus. Lives are being changed, chains are being broken, and eternity is being impacted one conversation at a time.

Please continue to pray for these men and women as they begin their journeys with Christ. Pray that the seeds planted today will take deep root and that God will continue the good work He has started in their lives.

“Rescue others by snatching them from the fire…” Jude 1:23 🔥 🔥

Last night at Blount County Jail, we sat with heartbreak.

We listened to moms separated from their babies. Women who had been doing better, making progress, taking steps forward… only to have parts of their past come crashing back in and rip the rug out from under them, landing them once again in old circumstances they desperately wanted to escape.

And yet… even there, behind concrete walls and heavy doors, Jesus was still moving.

There were tears. Honest conversations. Hope being planted in broken places. Reminders that failure is not final and that no jail cell is stronger than the love of God.

9 ladies participated last night and we celebrated 3 salvations! 🙌

THREE women said yes to Jesus.

Please continue praying for these women as they navigate hard roads, painful consequences, healing, restoration, and the fight for freedom both spiritually and physically.

We say it often, but we mean it:
Nobody is too far gone for God.
