Today, on Worker’s Memorial Day, we remember and honor all the men and women who went to work but never made it home — including our beloved Randy Snell.

Randy was more than just a hard worker — he was a man of faith, kindness, and generosity whose mission in life was to serve others. His legacy lives on through Randy’s Sole Mission, where we carry forward his heart for helping others by providing shoes and hope to those in need.

Workplace safety is not just a policy — it’s a life-or-death matter. We remember Randy and all workers who lost their lives due to preventable hazards. We also renew our commitment to advocating for safer working conditions, so no family has to experience this kind of loss.

Today and every day, we honor Randy’s life, his love for people, and his passion for making the world a better place — one step at a time.

Joshua 1:9 — “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Missing my dad hard today. I know. What’s new. It’s evident how much it hurts. But just want to tell you I know he’s where he’s supposed to be. I’m sitting in my car waiting for Brylee to finish tutoring, and I just start praying, and I end up talking to my dad. It goes something like that…”well dad, I know I ask this all of the time, but please send me some kind of sign that you’re with me, and that you know I’m thinking about you. And most importantly that you’re okay.” A few minutes go by and I’m continuing on, and the very next song that plays on my radio is the very same song I picked for my dad’s funeral. When dad passed the next few days this verse played on repeat in my endless amount of thoughts and through the long nights when sleep was not existent. All of this to say, my dad was watching out for me tonight💙
