Our Statement of Beliefs:

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, i

n His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly and holy life. We believe that the only way to eternal life is through maintaining an ongoing and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Last night's message from Haggai 1 challenged us with a simple but searching question:

What have we been putting ahead of God?

The people of Israel had built their own homes while the House of the Lord remained unfinished. Their excuse was, "It's not the right time." God confronted them with these words:

"Set your heart on your ways." (Haggai 1:5, TLV)

That same invitation is for us today.

Take a few moments to swipe through these reflection questions and ask the Lord to search your heart.

✨ What have I been saying "not now" to God about?
✨ What has quietly become a higher priority than Christ?
✨ If God told me to "set your heart on your ways," what would He point out?

Our prayer is that, like the people in Haggai's day, our hearts would turn back to the Lord in obedience.
