Who We Are

Chance and Miranda Lester are missionaries to the Middle East and North African regions of the world. Along with their 3 children, they live and operate from Beirut, Lebanon. Both Chance and Miranda are 2012 graduates of Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They served for 5 years as youth pastors to the next generation at Victory Christian Fellowship in Somerset, Ke

ntucky. After receiving the call of God, they attended a specialized 1-year program, RHEMA School of World Missions. Now, in obedience to God, they participate in supportive roles to Project Lebanon. Our Vision

We believe the most effective way to share the Gospel of Jesus is by reaching the ONE. Our goal is to train and mobilize 100 leaders to spread the Gospel throughout the Middle East and North Africa. We aid the efforts to establish Bible schools to train leaders and mobilize them to plant churches throughout the 22 nations in the surrounding regions. We maintain the belief that the local church is the backbone of a strong believer. Strengthening local churches and maintaining strong connections in Lebanon is a priority of ours. Our mission is simple, to introduce people to a relationship with Jesus, help them grow in His love, and enable them to share the message with those in their communities. Do people learn best by listening… or by engaging?

This weekend our students stepped into hands-on learning through the course Pioneering Principles — and the results were powerful.

What did that look like?

They weren’t just sitting in class. They were thinking through the process of:

• Planning potential new campuses
• Brainstorming fresh ideas
• Developing future events
• Thinking strategically about growth and impact

Through practical engagement, students are gaining real experience, developing leadership skills, and learning how vision is carried out in everyday ministry and leadership settings.

This weekend was a reminder that growth happens when learning moves beyond theory into action. We are excited to see students being equipped with the tools, wisdom, and experience they will carry into the future.

Because of you, the Church was strengthened this past Sunday in Egypt.

You may not have been in the room, but your support was. Every word of encouragement shared—you made it possible.

As we gathered and spoke about the victory we have as believers, something powerful happened. The hearer’s hearts were lifted and their faith was strengthened. And that didn’t happen by accident—it happened because you chose to be part of something bigger.

Afterward, we shared a meal, laughter, and meaningful conversations with incredible people. These are the moments that build and sustain the local Church—and you helped create them.
You are making an impact far beyond what you can see.

He is risen!

Today we celebrate the victory of life over death and hope over despair. The empty tomb reminds us that no matter how dark things may seem, God’s power brings new life and new beginnings.

“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” — Matthew 28:6

May your heart be filled with peace and the hope of the resurrection.
