As seen in Luke 4:1ff, Jesus' fasting empowered Him to overcome temptations and attacks.
📍Fasting isn't just about abstaining from food; it's a sacrifice that empowers us from within.
📍It helps break covenants, builds resilience, and equips us to resist temptations.

*What prayer&fasting does; 🔥*
✍️ Fasting doesn't make us immune to temptations, but it empowers us to overcome them.
✍️ Reading scriptures during prayer and fasting equips us with powerful tools for now and the future.
✍️Through Jesus' sacrifice, authority is given to us, enabling us to overcome the devil's intimidations.
✍️This spiritual practice strengthens us, making us resilient against future attacks.

What to focus on;🔥
1. During prayer and fasting, focus on feeding your spirit more than your mind.
2.Record your prayers, meditations, and revelations as you await what God is about to do.
3. Utilize watch hour prayer times (9pm, 12am, 3am, or 6am) to tap into God's revelations.
Note; you can create bread if you have the word of God; we depend on every word from the mouth of God but we can't depend on every bread💪

As Jesus returned "in power" (Luke 4:14), prayer and fasting takes you from being led by the spirit to being empowered. Engage in spiritual warfare, and expect transformation.

Today is the best day to celebrate with my true friend, companion, girlfriend, and most importantly as my Wife all rolled up in one! Today, marks 8 years of marriage, God has been great to us. I’m grateful to be your husband! As Jesus Christ (God) loves the Church (Mankind), I love my wife, Mrs Lisa Harris…..!!!
