This Sunday’s sermon message (9/13/26) will cover Numbers chapter 22. Here are some questions to be thinking about as you read the passage:

1. Balak’s words in Numbers 22:6 are meant to remind us of what God said to Abram in Genesis 12:3. Why would Moses point us back to Genesis 12 at the beginning of this chapter?
2. When discussing false prophets, the Apostle Peter refers to this chapter in 2 Peter 2:14-16. How do Peter’s words help us understand Balaam better?
3.How do you think Balaam would have felt after realizing that a donkey saw the Angel of the Lord and he didn’t?

This week’s worship set:
•Glory to God Forever
•He Leadeth Me
•Speak O Lord
•Behold Our God

See you Sunday!

It took an entire generation to pass away before Israel finally learned that God can be trusted. Not their circumstances, not their own strength, but GOD HIMSELF. When God makes a promise, you can rest assured that He WILL bring it to pass! Watch the full sermon at the link below or at our YouTube channel under the Live tab.

Just a reminder: There is no Equip class this Sunday, but we will resume next Sunday (9/13/26) at a new start time—9:15am—with a new series on Christian Worldview. We hope you’ll join us as we study this incredibly relevant and helpful topic.
Also, we will be partaking in the Lord’s Supper this Sunday, so be sure to take some time to prepare your heart accordingly.

This Sunday’s sermon message (9/6/26) will cover numbers 21:10-35. In this passage, we see the Israelites transition from wandering the wilderness to beginning to possess the Promises Land. God faithfully leads His people and delivers their enemies into their hands.

This week’s worship set:
•Praise to The Lord, the Almighty
•Be Still My Soul
•King of Love
•Communion Hymn

Whenever we read accounts such as this, we ought never to look down on the Israelites as though they were some sort of wayward phenomenon. The fact is, ISRAEL IS US!! The rebellious Israelites of the Old Testament are indeed a picture of our own darkened hearts, or at the very least the way sin can so readily and so easily creep into our lives. But all scripture is God-breathed and profitable for instruction, and Leviticus 21 is a perfect picture of this. In John 3:14-15, Jesus ties this passage of the serpent on the pole directly to himself. The Israelites were to look upon the image of the very thing that was killing them—just as we are to do so today. On the cross, Christ became sin in order to receive and bear the wrath of God on behalf of those who would trust in his sacrifice and be reconciled to the Father. Friends, would you look to the cross today? ✝️

One of the most impactful snippets from this last Sunday’s sermon. Spend your life doing the things that no one will ever regret: Love God more. Learn more and more about Him. Fellowship with His saints. Love those whom He has placed in your life. Lay up treasures for yourself in heaven, where thief can never steal and moth and rust will never destroy. 🤍

This Saturday (8/22/26) we are having a work day at the church from 9am-12pm. If you’re willing and able bodied, come join us at the church and lend a helping hand. At the same time, some of us will be prayer walking the neighborhood, so you may serve in this way if you’d rather. Lunch will be provided afterwards.

This Sunday’s sermon message (8/23/26) will cover Numbers chapter 20. Here are some questions to be thinking about as you read the text:

•How does God describe the wrongdoing of Moses and Aaron in this passage? How does the Lord’s description help us understand the consequences of this sin?
•Read Exodus 17:1-7. What similarities and differences do you notice between that passage and this one?
•We find out later in Numbers (Numbers 33:36-39) that this chapter takes place in the 40th year after the Israelites left Egypt. How does that fact affect the way we look at this chapter?

This week’s worship set:
•His Forever
•Abide With Me
•Lord From Sorrows Deep I Call
•Christ the Sure and Steady Anchor

See you Sunday!

What an amazing picture the red heifer sacrifice is for us! This is only one of the ways that God’s grace to the Israelites in their exposure to death points us to His AMAZING GRACE in the sacrifice of Jesus for our own dire need in dealing with the issue of death.
