It sounds like a simple question. But sitting with it honestly might surprise you. Before we can talk about change, we have to be honest about where we are and what has quietly been distracting us from the life God has for us.

This is an invitation to slow down, reflect and get curious about how your habits are affecting your walk with Jesus. Not out of guilt, but out of a desire to be more present with Him and more fully alive in the life He has given you.

Set aside some time, go slow and let the Lord meet you.

Birthdays and big seasons seem to go hand in hand, so it feels so right to get to celebrate YOU, Rochelle, one last time while officially on staff still 🎂✨

The Lord graced this world with you 28 years ago (because we don’t age past 28, right?!) and everyone who has had the privilege of crossing your path has been made better for it. You love with intention. You listen with curiosity. You execute with excellence, and above all, you are wildly obedient to the Lord. The way you model that so faithfully has left a lasting mark on everyone around you.

And beyond all of that, you are an incredible wife, mom, friend, sister, mentor, and daughter. We are so grateful for you and everything you have poured into Salt and the people in your life. We love you so much! Happy birthday! 🎉

Over the years, we have seen so much change.

We are a little older. A little wiser. A just trying our best to surrender to each and every day.

BUT, we serve the same Jesus. We have the same foundation. And have the same need for the Father (probably more).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This space wouldn’t be the same without you. All the women who have walked into and event, meet up or conference. The tears, laughs and everything in between.

What started small has grown into moments big and small — all important and all transformational. Bible studies. Small groups. Conferences.

Through it all, community has been built. Lifelong friendships. Healing. And most importantly, a deeper relationship and intimacy with our Father.

Jesus has been in the middle of it all, writing a story we never could have imagined. Ten years later and look at what He has done.

The stories of motherhood looks different for everyone.

Some joyful, some tender, some carried quietly and with great courage. Some still unfolding.

Today we celebrate every woman who has loved beyond herself. The mothers, the spiritual mothers, the mentors and the women who show up and pour out for someone else’s children like they are their own. You matter and we see you.

And if today holds something more complex or heavy for you, we hold space for that too. You are deeply loved and you are not alone.
