What a day to not just sit with Jesus but to celebrate and honor at her last event on staff with Live Salted.

This ministry would not be the same without her outpouring over the last four years. She let us into what the Lord has taught her, challenged every woman in the room to let Him stretch us and to continue dying daily to what we desire — in complete pursuit of what He wants for us.

At Live Salted, we don’t just look for gifted communicators. We look for women who have been with Jesus – really been with Him. In the hard places. In the waiting. In the moments that required more faith than they felt they had. Women whose lives are a testimony before they ever open their mouths.

It sounds like a simple question. But sitting with it honestly might surprise you. Before we can talk about change, we have to be honest about where we are and what has quietly been distracting us from the life God has for us.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is an invitation to slow down, reflect and get curious about how your habits are affecting your walk with Jesus. Not out of guilt, but out of a desire to be more present with Him and more fully alive in the life He has given you.

Set aside some time, go slow and let the Lord meet you.

Birthdays and big seasons seem to go hand in hand, so it feels so right to get to celebrate YOU, Rochelle, one last time while officially on staff still 🎂✨

The Lord graced this world with you 28 years ago (because we don’t age past 28, right?!) and everyone who has had the privilege of crossing your path has been made better for it. You love with intention. You listen with curiosity. You execute with excellence, and above all, you are wildly obedient to the Lord. The way you model that so faithfully has left a lasting mark on everyone around you.

And beyond all of that, you are an incredible wife, mom, friend, sister, mentor, and daughter. We are so grateful for you and everything you have poured into Salt and the people in your life. We love you so much! Happy birthday! 🎉
