The Anax Foundation was founded in 2014 at the funeral of one of the great ladies of Pentecostalism, born in conjunction with the vision that arose there. The idea was first conceptualized through the brainstorming of two of the most prominent West Coast leaders, with a singular mission: to advance Christian education as a cornerstone of culture. Since that time, we have stewarded millions of dollars to covertly plant seeds of truth from cradle to grave, shaping minds, families, and communities with the knowledge of God.
We believe education cannot be neutral. It either builds upon the Rock or upon sand. Anax Foundation exists to ensure that believers are formed in truth, strengthened in virtue, and equipped to bear fruit that remains (John 15:16). From the alphabet blocks of early childhood to the seasoned wisdom of the elderly saint, Christian education is the oil that keeps the lamp of our culture burning bright.
In a world where competing subcultures fight for dominance, we are unashamedly postmillennial, laboring to raise up a generation who will not bow to the idols of our age, but instead conquer the gates of hell. We do so because we understand that only by thinking in terms of conquest rather than escapism can we manifest the patience and wisdom to nurture generational revival and gospel spread. Like a mustard seed that grows into a mighty tree, Christian education (discipleship) is the root system of revival, the invisible scaffolding upon which families, churches, and nations climb toward Christ’s dominion.
The task is generational, a campaign that stretches across centuries until every enemy save death itself lies beneath Christ’s feet. Fruit like this is never forced in a microwave but ripened in patient orchards, tended with faith and endurance. Yet the promise stands unshakable: “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14), and we pray with confidence, “Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10).
P.S. Our aim is to remain cloaked in mystery—the kind that provokes the question, “who did this?” We choose to fly low, not letting the right hand know what the left is doing. Quiet generosity, subtle influence, and deflected attention ensure that God receives the glory rather than men. This guiding principle shapes everything we do. Visible or conspicuous good works are rare for us, and when they appear, they are more likely distractions than the main work. If you desire to support Anax, do so without expectation of prestige or public recognition. Get in. Do good. Sneak away.
