Today is Pentecost Sunday. People may wear red (Holy Spirit) on this day. This morning pastor was really feeling the Spirit. 😁

Walk in Faith - 40 Miles in 40 Days - Day 35

Every morning, I enjoy a cup of coffee and I almost always use the same coffee cup, but I always look in the cup and then rinse it out before I pour in my daily freshly brewed coffee. Today marks the first day of Holy Week and often there is a reminder of how Jesus cleansed the temple. This took place before he instituted the Lord's Supper and before He went to the Cross. Our lives and our bodies (hearts and minds) are often thought of as the new 'temple' or a place where the Spirit may dwell. The question then is: "Is my life, body, or 'temple' clean?" Am I rinsed out and ready for a fresh filling and a full cup of the Holy Spirit this week?
