Yesterday was AMAZING!!

In Connections Kids we learned that Paul preached about Jesus in Athens. At the Areopagus, he explained that God made everything and isn’t found in idols. Some mocked, some were curious and some believed.

We learned about when Peter was arrested. The night before his trial, he was miraculously freed and went to a house of believers. They were amazed, and Peter told how the Lord had rescued him.

Yesterday was so much fun in Connections Kids!!

We learned about when Philip met an Ethiopian man reading the Scriptures. After Philip told him about Jesus, he believed and was baptized. God’s plan for salvation is for all, not just the Jews.

We had an amazing kickoff to May in Connections Kids yesterday!!

We learned about the early church continued to grow as many people chose to follow God and God’s ways. The believers were very generous. The believers continued to learn more about God and grow in their faith.

MONDAY REPLAY!!

We had an amazing end to April in Connections Kids yesterday!

We learned that at Pentecost, the disciples heard wind from heaven and tongues of fire appeared above their heads. Filled with the Holy Spirit, they spoke in foreign languages. Peter preached about Jesus, and 3,000 people believed and were baptized, beginning the Church. [Brite Idea:] The Holy Spirit lives in believers.

MONDAY REPLAY!!

Yesterday in Connections Kids was INCREDIBLE!

We learned that Jesus appeared to His disciples many times and taught about God’s kingdom. He told them to wait for the Holy Spirit. Then He ascended into heaven. The disciples were told that Jesus would return one day in the same way that He left. [Brite Idea:] Jesus will return one day.
