October is coming which means SHEPHERD’S MONTH 2026 is officially on the way!

I want my entire church family, friends, and everyone connected to us to COME CELEBRATE WITH US! 🎉🙌🏾

My wife, First Lady Rinnita Thompson, and I are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve, love, pray for, and walk alongside this amazing church family. So this October, we’re coming together for a whole month of HONOR, CELEBRATION, WORSHIP, AND FELLOWSHIP!

Before you try to conquer this week, pause and pray. 

You may think you need more money, a better job, another opportunity, or even a new relationship.

But the reality is you need prayer. 🙌🏾 And as your pastor, I want you to know I’m praying for you even when you don’t have the strength to pray for yourself.

Emani, I couldn’t be more proud of the young woman you’re becoming. Your strength, your heart, and your faith make me thankful every day that God chose me to be your dad.

Keep trusting God, keep becoming all He’s called you to be, and know that I’ll always be cheering you on. 🙏🏽

Yesterday afternoon was more than a celebration. It was a reminder of what 20 years of faithfulness, friendship, leadership, and standing in the gap really looks like.

My brother, Ticey Brown, I need you to know this: no matter what life brings, what season we face, or what storms may come, I’m with you. I’ve got your back, ALWAYS!

Thank you for 20 years of Pastoral service and for continuing to say yes to the call. Yesterday, we celebrated the work God has done through you, but this journey is far from over. Here’s to my brother, my friend, and a faithful servant of God. I’m grateful for you. 🫵🏾

A driverless car can feel unsettling at first - no hands on the wheel, no visible control; yet it still moves with confidence, turning, stopping, and arriving exactly where it was designed to go.

That image reminds me of faith.

There will be moments when you don’t know what’s next. You won’t have every answer. You may not even understand why God is telling you to stop, wait, turn, or move forward.

But you can trust the One who sees what you can’t see.

Let God lead your relationships. Let Him lead your decisions. Let Him lead your purpose. 🙌🏾

People may not see God guiding you, but they’ll see where His guidance takes you.
