On Friday July 30, 2021 the National Regeneration Fellowship of Christian Churches preformed an official Elevation Service for Bishop Charlene C Smith as Chief Apostle and Presiding Prelate of the twenty eight national/international churches that work together to build and support smaller Non-Denominational Ministry Development.
Apostle Annie B. Campbell-Pitre, who is the founder, transitioned on January 7, 2015. Before her passing she passed the mantle of her life work to then Bishop Charlene Smith who was given full control of thirteen churches. Bishop Smith was challenged with maintaining the churches that worked with Mom Campbell-Pitre, but continued to work entirely to first stabilize and grow the organization. Bishop Smith now serve both the National and has added an International component to the work. Her focus is kingdom building for the cause of Christ and the betterment of ministry in the entire organization’s operations
