InterVarsity Louisiana There are 38 colleges and universities in Louisiana with at least 1,000 students. We long to see a movement of student-led Bible studies at all of them!

For 75+ years InterVarsity has had a vital presence on hundreds of college campuses across the US.

Wow what an incredible way to kick off the semester with InterVarsity student leaders from around the country! We were so blessed for the opportunity to travel to Denver this weekend for Ambition Conference, all focused on hearing God’s call to engage his mission to new corners of campus and new schools! 10 Louisiana students from all different schools got to attend together and we are feeling so energized by the spirit to follow his call to reach out campuses with the good news of Jesus and seek Him in worship and prayer. We are longing for revival in Louisiana - would you join us this semester?

WHAT IS IT?
Building on a 40+ year history, InterVarsity Kenya Global Program (GP) students will experience first-hand what God is up to in this beautifully diverse and complex part of His world. Over 1000 students have participated since the Kenya GP started in 1980.

Students have benefitted from this GP by becoming MORE spiritually healthy, MORE in love with God and His world, MORE dependent on God in prayer, MORE confident in speaking from God’s Word, and BOLDER in sharing their faith with others. Many students have been able to get continuing education, independent study or internship CREDIT from their participation in this GP. The multitude of experiences on this GP also reflect well when applying for JOBS and GRADUATE PROGRAMS.

The main purposes for this GP are
-to introduce students to basic cross-cultural ministry skills critical for any missionary;
- to serve and encourage Kenyan churches, universities, children’s homes, and schools;
and
-to grow deeper in discipleship and spiritual development.
