Trading your "What Ifs" for "Even Ifs."

Anxiety loves to play the "What If" game.
What if I fail? What if the money runs out? What if they leave?
​When the "What Ifs" start to spiral, we have a choice. We can let the fear run the show, or we can lean into Philippians 4:6-7. It tells us to trade our anxiety for prayer.

​Try shifting your language to "Even If."
Even if things get hard, God is still good.
Even if I fail, His grace is enough.
Even if I’m scared, He is with me.
​His peace doesn't depend on our circumstances; it depends on His presence.

​Reflection: What "What If" can you hand over to Him today?

The world measures your worth by your "doings"—how clean the house is, how productive your workday was, or how well you serve others. But Jesus starts with an invitation to just be. Before you do anything for Him today, He simply wants to be with you. Rest isn't a reward for finishing your to-do list; it’s a requirement for your soul.

What is one "burden" you are carrying today that wasn't meant for your shoulders?

Take a deep breath and hand it to Him.
